The development of lightweight materials and manufacture technology has become important for paving the way for the industrial upgrading and environmental sustainable development in today's society. City University of Hong Kong (CityU), AVIC Manufacturing Technology Institute (AVIC MTI) and Imperial College London plan to co-host the "2023 International Conference on Lightweight Materials and  Manufacture " in Shenzhen from 23 to 26 October, 2023. The latest technologies in the development of lightweight materials, computational design optimization, structural strengthening, energy conservation, environmental protection technologies, as well as the exploration of new directions for different fields and application needs will be discussed in the conference. We sincerely invite the experts and scholars of the related fields to participate in this conference.
